Finding a Form
Procedure
To search through the available forms, choose . The field Language is set to your logon language.
Leave the Form field empty. Choose Find or F7.
A hit list of all forms, whose selection criterion was the Language field, is displayed in alphabetical order. The following information is contained in the hit list:

Form name
The form name assigned by the person who created the form

Meaning
A short explanation of the content of the form

Language
The current language key
-
Original language
The language for which the form was originally created
-
Status
The current status of the form:
New
No active version
Active
Current object is active and an operational version
Revised
Object is being revised; there is an active and an edited version
Translate
Current object is ready for translation

Development class
Class in which the form was developed
Select a form by placing the cursor on the line you want and choosing F2 or Choose. You can also double-click on a line to choose it. The initial screen appears again displaying the selected form, which you can now process.
You also have the option to display more detailed information about a form in the hit list.

Position the cursor on the form you want more information about.

Choose F8 or Form Information.
A list appears containing comprehensive information about the selected form. Development-related information is displayed as well as definitions contained in the respective form.
The list is subdivided into areas.

You can print the list by choosing Print or F13.
There are several additional functions available. You can search through the list for character strings. You can also download the list to a local file.
