Library

This function enables you to create and display Business Planning and Consolidation worksheets. You can also display Microsoft Excel sheets created in the EPM plug-in.

Features

Folders

The objects in the Library view are sorted by folders. You can select the following folders to see the objects saved to it:

  • Favorites - You can add objects to this folder to group to together the objects that you use frequently.

  • Public - This folder contains content that can be accessed and modified by all users depending on the permissions in place. It is possible to restrict access to this folder.

    Users with the task profile Update Company Folders can add and manage the content.

  • Private - You can create your personal folder and save content in it, which you do not want to share with other users. The content of this folder cannot be accessed by other users.

  • Teams - Each team has its own folder under Teams. The folder name is the team name. Users in the team can access the corresponding team folder. Only a team lead has edit access for the team folder.

You can create new folders under the Teams, Public, and Private folders.

Worksheets

A worksheet is a grouping of, or a display of, reports and charts that provides a comprehensive view of critical information. There are two kinds of reports: read-only reports and input-ready reports. You can create a new chart or export an existing report as a chart. For detailed information, refer to Creating Worksheets.

Library Book

After you completed a work book in the AO (or EPM Add-in), you can publish the book as a PDF file to the Library.

Activities

To access the Library view, in the home page choose Library.

The search box in the upper right corner supports cross-column searching, which means anything in the page that matches your input will be displayed and highlighted.
