You have configured your BI system ( SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence ) and uploaded the data from the ERP system to the BI system.

To be able to use the BI functions, you have configured the alias SAP_BW for the BI system, for example.

You have set the selection parameters for the BI reports.

You make these settings in Customizing by choosing  Cross-Application Components General Application Functions Generic mySAP Suite Functions Personalization Help Functions in the Personalization Environment Personalization Data: Single Processing or Personalization Data: Collective Processing. Enter DIA_MT_REPas the personalization dialog.

You have made the settings for the LaunchPad.

You make the settings in Customizing by choosing  Integration with Other SAP Components Business Packages/Functional Packages Maintenance Technician Reporting . Enter the system alias names here that were previously set up for the portal and process all the IMG activities.
