Correspondence Tool in Loans Management This component supports you in the creation of standardized periodic or event-controlled correspondence. You can generate this in single and mass runs. Creation of correspondence is an essential component of a bank’s business process and can be sent to the recipient via various media (for example, by letter, e-mail or fax).
Correspondence serves many communication purposes:
Sending information (for example, notification of condition changes)
Documenting business processes as a result of agreements between customer and bank (for example, confirmation of notice).
You can differentiate standardized correspondence according to the following criteria:

Event-controlled generation of correspondence
Event-controlled correspondence is usually generated in connection with a business operation, for example an offer for a capital transfer.
Periodic generation of correspondence
Periodic correspondence generation involves the generation of regularly recurring correspondence, such as the account statement.
Single request (for example, single account statement)
Mass request
Forms are printed by means of Smart Forms using the print program created using the Print Workbench. The data can be formatted for direct printing or as XSF/XDF for transfer to an external Output Management System (OMS).
The following functions are not components of correspondence creation and must be implemented in an Output Management System.
Automatic assignment of marketing material to correspondence.
Grouping several types of correspondence together in one (for example, contract with confirmation of standing order and payment plan).
