Participation and Sales Statistics (Report RHKURS30_LSO)

Use

This report generates statistics of participant numbers and course sales (sales = number of participants multiplied by the price) for courses of one or more course types or groups in a given period.

Features

Selection

You can set parameters to determine what data the report outputs.

Reporting period

You can specify any period for the reporting.

Training provider data

If you enter a valid training provider and provider type, the report only displays statistics for courses of the training provider specified.

Course location

If you select this indicator and enter a valid location, the report only displays statistics for courses held at the specified location.

Currency

If you specify a valid currency, sales figures are displayed in this currency if the pertinent exchange rate has been maintained in table TCURC.

Standard selection screen (only pre-report RHXKURS3_LSO)

If you select this indicator and choose , the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHKURS30_LSO before it is executed.

Note Note

On the selection screen of the main report, you can, for example, select objects by status. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose .

Output

The report generates a list in the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control that can contain any of the following information depending on your layout specifications:

  • Course name
  • Delivery method
  • Course dates
  • Total sales per course type
  • Billed sales
  • Internally allocated sales
  • Sum total of participants

Activities

  1. Set the required options on the selection screen.

  2. Choose to start the report.

On the list screen that is output, change the list layout to display data that interests you. Do so by choosing .
