Use

You create a rebooking if a participant booked for a course wants to change the date of the booking. This involves creating a new booking for the new date for the same course type . The original booking is automatically deleted.

Features

  • You can rebook all bookings of a participant.

  • You can rebook bookings with any booking priority.

    Note Note

    Once you have created a curriculum, you cannot change the booking priorities.

  • You can partially or completely rebook group participants.

    There are no group participations for a curriculum.

  • You can transfer the settlement data of the original booking or change it by choosing Book/Payment Info .

  • The same checks are carried out as for bookings.

  • Existing prebookings for the participant on the course type are automatically deleted.

  • Existing waiting-list bookings of the participant for the course type are deleted.

  • If integration with Time Management is active, the relevant attendance records in Time Management are updated when the participant type Person is booked. In this case, the old record is deleted and a new record added.

  • Participant bookings for a curriculum can only be rebooked for curriculum elements. You can rebook individual bookings.

    Note Note

    You can not rebook for a different curriculum of the same curriculum type . This is because the courses and course types may differ from each other in both curricula. Therefore, you cannot transfer a booking from the old curriculum type to the new curriculum type. It is still not possible to rebook for a curriculum of the same curriculum type.

    Consequently, when you want to rebook from the old curriculum, you must delete all participations and create them anew for the new curriculum.
