Cancellation per Participant (Report RHSTOR10_ LSO) This report generates a list of cancellations for one or more participants for a given selection period.
You can also start this report from the
Manager's Desktop
component (PPMDT). You access it in the area
Employee
under
Participation Prebookings
(reports for training and education).
You can set parameters to determine what data the report outputs.
Reporting period
You can specify any period for the reporting.
Cancellation reason
(only main report RHSTOR00_LSO)
If can select a cancellation reason here, the report only considers courses that were canceled for the selected reason.
With employee cancellations
If you select this indicator, the report displays cancellations of the individual participants in a group booking (participant types
organizational unit, company, customer, or interested party
).
Without employee cancellations
If you select this indicator, the report displays the total number of cancellations for group participants, not broken down by individual employee.
Currency
If you specify a valid currency, cancellation fees are displayed in this currency.
Standard selection screen
(only pre-report RHXSTOR1_LSO)
If you select this indicator and choose
, the report branches to the more detailed selection screen of the main report RHSTOR10_LSO before it is executed.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can select objects by cancellation reason, for example. As a rule, you need not access the standard selection screen since the pre-report has sufficient data selection options. If you do not want to go to the standard selection screen, do not activate this parameter before you choose
.
The report generates a list in the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control that can contain any of the following information depending on your layout specifications:
Participant name
Organizational assignment
Delivery method
Number of cancellations per participant
Sum total of cancellation fees per participant
Total cancellation fee

You can execute the following
functions
from the list screen:
Display and edit any notes that have been created for bookings.
Maintain cancellation fee data
Set the required options on the selection screen.
Choose
to start the report.
On the list screen that is output, change the list layout to display data that interests you. Do so by choosing
