The HR administrator can use this workset to display data from various infotypes for an employee. The HR administrator can also start processes for an employee and edit employee data directly in the infotypes.
The workset contains the following iViews that are also available in the Work Overview workset in identical form:
Display Processes
Start Processes
Edit Employee Data (WD)
In contrast to the
Work Overview
workset, the HR administrator does not need to specify in the
Employee Information
workset the required employee separately for each iView.
Instead, the HR administrator can select the required employee once in the
Find Employees
iView. All other iViews of the workset then refer to this employee.
You have made the settings for the employee search in Customizing for
HR Administrative Services

The
Display Basic Data
page (com.sap.pct.erp. hradmin.show_employee_data) is displayed in the content area. HR administrators can use the following iViews on this page:

Display Basic Data
page are called by the same Web Dynpro application. In the standard system, they are not standalone applications as the HR administrator specifies the required employee centrally in the
Find Employees
iView for all iViews of the page.
