Configuring Adobe Document Services

Use

Use this procedure to configure the Adobe Document Services(ADS) to use them in various mySAP ERP business packages that use interactive forms.

Prerequisites

You have installed ADS and set up the Java Connector (JCo) connections between ADS and the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) Engine and between ADS and the back-end systems.

Procedure

  1. Configure the HTTP destinations for ADS by choosing Start of the navigation path Services Next navigation step Systems Next navigation step Destinationsin theVisual Administratorfor the J2EE Engine. End of the navigation path

    1. Create an HTTP destination with the name FP_ICF_DATA .

    2. Select the option BASIC for authentication and enter the service user (including password) that has authorization for Adobe in the standard client of the back-end ERP system.

  2. To assign ADS to the J2EE Engine, proceed as described under Configuring the Destination URL for the Adobe Document Services .
