Scheduling Projects

Context

Using the Project Management - Focused Build Projects app, you schedule the project as a whole and the individual project tasks.

When creating a project in Project Management - Focused Build Projects, you specify a start and an end date for the project. You can change these dates in the project view. Here you also specify dates for the start and end date for project phases, waves and sprints, and milestone dates. In the project view, the dates that you have scheduled manully are displayed in black. Dates that have been calculated by the app are displayed in gray. Only the manually scheduled dates are used in Focused Build, for example, for KPI ratings.
