Build Team (Development)

Focused Build supports the collaboration across distributed development teams.

• Code, customize, and configure work items

  Developers call up the work items assigned to them for the relevant development sprint, and start to implement the work items in the development system.

• Create documents and test cases

  Developers document each work item that they implement and create test cases for the new and changed functions.

• Execute tests

  Developers test these new and changed functions in the test system.

• Record effort

  Developers record the time that they have spent on the work items, based on the effort planned by the solution architect.

• Hand over to release

  Any changes that are tested with OK are handed over to Release Management.
