To open the project view of the project, choose the project on the start page of Project Management - Focused Build Projects.
To navigate to the standard Project Managment UI, choose the project ID above the tree view.
The standard Project Management UI opens with the Detail view of the project. In the project structure, the header, that is the project name, is preselected.
Go to the Issues tab page.
Choose Create
Enter a priority, a short text, and a due date. Enter a description for the issue. You can add files to document the issue.
