Purpose

This section contains information about installing the Business Package for Internal Sales Representative

Prerequisites

The following systems are required for using iViews in the Internal Sales Representative role:

SAP ECC 6.0 SP02

SAP NetWeaver 2004s SP05

SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.0

SAP BI 7.02 (optional)

You have imported the Business Package for Common Parts . For more information about the business package, see Business Package for Common Parts .

You have assigned your user the role from the Business Package for Common Parts

You have set up the system aliasSAP_ECC_SalesServicein the portal.

You have installed an Internet Transaction Server (ITS) for the connected ERP system so that SAP transactions can be called from the portal.

You have set up your BI system (SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence), and uploaded the data from the ERP system to the BI system.

You have set up the system aliasSAP_BWfor the BI system, for example, so that you can use the BI functions.

You have configured the selection parameters for the BI reports.

You make the settings in Customizing under Cross-Application Components → General Application Functions → Generic mySAP Suite Functions → Personalization. The following personalization dialogs are relevant for sales representatives: DIA_ISR_SLS_DOC_LIST DIA_ISR_SLS_DOC_SEARCH DIA_ISR_SLS_FULFILL_LIST DIA_ISR_SLS_LORD_LIST DIA_ISR_SLS_MASTER_LIST

You have made the settings for the launchpad.

You make these settings in Customizing under Sales and Distribution → Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" → Configure Launchpad. For more information, see Launchpad .

There are several Customizing settings to make if you want to display personal worklists. For more information, see the Implementation Guide under SAP Customizing Implementation Guide → Sales and Distribution → Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" → Personal Worklist (POWL for mySAP ERP 2005)

Note the following points:

The business package is delivered in SCA format and you must use the Software Deployment Manager (SDM) to install it. For more information, see SAP Note 731386.

Execute the initial setup routine for this role. For more information, see SAP Note 916063.
