Getting Detailed Information

Procedure

In Extended Table Maintenance: Overview we have seen that some maintenance transactions have a dual level structure. In these cases, the first screen is an overview screen containing selected data. You reach the detailed information screens as follows:

  1. Position the cursor on the desired line and choose Start of the navigation pathGoto Next navigation step DetailEnd of the navigation path.

    This takes you to the detail screen for the transaction.

  2. Carry out the required tasks on this screen.

  3. If you need to display more data records on the detail screen, the system allows you to navigate through all records.

  4. You exit the detail screen using the Back function.
