Changing Table Entries
Procedure
If you are in a Display screen, choose 
Table View 
Display/Change
to maintain the table entries. The views and view clusters are set to Change as standard. If you have the required authorization, you can maintain the entries in the Change screen.
In the overview screen, you can change the function fields or create new keys and function fields.
