Display Project IMG

Use

You can display the project IMG to check whether all selected SAP Reference IMG structure nodes are in your customizing project.

Prerequisites

To display the general data of a Customizing project, you need the authorization object S_PROJECT.

Procedure

To display a Project IMG:

Choose Tools Customizing IMG Project Administration.

All existing customizing projects are listed.

Note

You can restrict the display of the list of existing projects. Choose Settings Cross-Project, set the Hide Finished Projects flag in the Project Administration tab, and choose Continue.

The system only lists the customizing projects which have not yet been transported. Finished projects are no longer displayed.
Position the cursor on the Customizing project of which you want to see the scope.
Choose Project Display or select the Display Project pusbutton below the list.

The project data are displayed in tab cards.
Choose Goto Display Project IMG or the Display Project IMG pushbutton.

The Project IMG structure is displayed. You can now work as usual in the Implementation Guide.

Display Management Data

Display Management Data If you have selected display with control function and split screen (under Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step User-Specific End of the navigation path ), you can display the following customizing project status information management data:

Proceed as follows:

To do this:
Choose GoTo Management Data.

Other Use of Object

To check whether the IMG activities in your project are also in other projects, choose Other Use of Object. You can avoid or correct unwanted project overlaps with this function.
