Selecting Table Entries

Procedure

Many options (for example, deleting table entries, changing field content, copying table entries to a task) require that you first select the table entries that you want to work on:

• Selecting single table entries

  Click the required table entry.

• Selecting a block of table entries

  1. Position the cursor on the table entry at the start of the block.

  2. Choose Edit  Select  Select Block.

     or

     Select the Select Block pushbutton.

  3. Position the cursor on the table entry at the end of the block.

  4. Choose Edit  Select  Select Block.

     or

     Select the Select Block pushbutton.

     The required block is selected.

• Select all entries

  Choose Edit  Selections  All Selections.

  or

  Select the Select All.

  All table entries are selected.
