Procedure

You can print the following documentation:

  • The entire hierarchical structure of an IMG

  • IMG documentation

    • Entire IMG

    • Parts of the IMG

    • Individual documents

  • Project Documentation

    • Entire IMG

    • Parts of the IMG

    • Individual documents

Printing Hierarchical Structures

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathImplementation Guide Next navigation step Print Next navigation step Displayed StructureEnd of the navigation path.

    A screen for print parameters appears.

  2. Enter the name of the printer and choose further print parameters if appropriate.

  3. Choose the Print button.

Individual documents

1.

Position the cursor on the uppermost structure nodes.

Position your cursor on the required node within the structure.

Choose Start of the navigation pathImplementation Guide Next navigation step Print Next navigation step Node Next navigation step With SubnodesEnd of the navigation path.

Choose Start of the navigation pathImplementation Guide Next navigation step Print Next navigation step Node Next navigation step With SubnodesEnd of the navigation path.

The system displays the Print Scope dialog box.

Determine the print scope by selecting Documents.

4.

Choose Continue.

5.

Enter the name of the printer and choose further print parameters if appropriate.

6.

Choose the Print button.

If you want to print project documentation for a specific documentation type only, enter the desired documentation type.

Choose Continue.

Enter the name of the printer and choose further print parameters if appropriate.

Choose the Print button.
