Displaying Document FlowYou can display preceding and follow-on documents for each agency document and go to these.
For example, you can use document flow in the
Agency Business
component to find out whether a document in Financial Accounting contains cleared items.
Display Document Flow for Single Agency Document
In change or display mode, call up the agency document in question.
Choose
Document flow
to display the preceding or follow-on documents.
You go to a screen that contains an overview of all the relevant documents. Next to the overview is a screen on which you can display the document data.
By double clicking on an agency document or its accounting document, you can display the following information on the documents:
Information on the agency documents:
Document data
Accounting data
Customer or vendor payment data
Administration
Note
You can choose
Display document
to display the relevant agency document.
Information on the accounting document
Information on the preceding document (agency document from which the accounting document was created)
Accounting data such as company code, document number, and so on.
Sub-ledger account information of the document, such as amount, clearing amount, clearing date, number of the clearing document, posting key, general ledger, debtor (customer), creditor (vendor), store, and payer.

you can display the documents created for the agency document in Accounting, such as accounting and profitability analysis documents.
Choose
Back
to display the agency document again.
Display Document Flow for Multiple Agency Documents
You can also display the document flow for multiple agency documents at the same time.
To do this, select the appropriate agency document category and then . You are then on a selection screen in which you can enter different selection criteria for your data.
