Prerequisites

To optimize the DRB functions for archived Profit Center Accounting documents, you are recommended to proceed as follows:

  1. Activate and fill the archive information structure SAP_EC_PCA_005

  2. If you still have archives for archiving object PCA_OBJECT and want to link the documents contained in it to the DRB, you should proceed as follows:

  • Create an archive information structure for field catalog SAP_EC_PCA_002.

  • Include field REFDOCNR in this new information structure.

  • Create a secondary index as detailed in SAP Note 16470 4. Include fields MANDT and REFDOCNR.

  • Activate and fill the new archive information structure.
