How to Create a Customer

To create a new customer as an organization or person, do the following:

  1. Specify a customer account group.

  2. Enter necessary information such as the name and address to define your customer and save your data. The customer will be displayed.

You have searched for a customer but your business partner only exists with the supplier role. To create the customer role for this business partner, do the following:

  1. Select your supplier from the search result list and create this supplier as a customer.

  2. Specify a customer account group.

  3. Enter necessary information such as the name and address to define your customer and save your data. The customer will be saved with the two roles.
