Changing Profile Parameters for SSO

Context

To call BEx Web Applications in the portal, the BW system has to accept the SSO tickets from the portal. This requires specific profile parameters.

Procedure


  1. From the Start of the navigation pathSAP Easy Access screen, choosing  Next navigation step Tools  Next navigation step CCMS  Next navigation step Configuration  Next navigation step  System ProfilesEnd of the navigation path.

  2. Choose the default system profile DEFAULT .

  3. Choose Start of the navigation pathExtended Maintenance  Next navigation step ChangeEnd of the navigation path.

  4. Navigate to the entries login/accept_sso2_ticket and login/create_sso2_ticket and enter the following values in the Parameter Value column:

    login/create_sso2_ticket

    2

    login/accept_sso2_ticket

    1

  5. Save your entries.

  6. Activate the profile.
