Defining Client Administration in Source Systems

Context

With this function you are able to define the properties of client-dependent and client-independent objects when changes or transports take place in the source system.

Procedure


  1. In the SAP Menu, choose Start of the navigation pathTools Next navigation step Administration Next navigation step Administration Next navigation step Client Administration Next navigation step Client MaintenanceEnd of the navigation path. The Display Clients: Overview screen appears.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathDisplay Next navigation step ChangeEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Select your clients and choose Details.

  4. Select the following options:

    • Automatic recording of changes

    • Changes to Repository and cross-client Customizing allowed

    • eCATT and CATT allowed

  5. Save your settings.
