Setting Up the System Landscape Create a
Systems
folder (if one does not already exist) in the portal. To do so, proceed as follows:
Choose
System Administration
→
System Configuration
→
System Landscape
.
Position your cursor on
Portal Content
and use the context menu (right mouse button) to create the new
Systems
folder.
In the
Systems
directory, create the entry for the system in which the software componentEA-HR (SAP Enterprise AddOn HR)is installed. Assign theSAP_ERP_TrainingManagementalias name to the system

If you run multiple software components in one physical system (such as
SAP ECC Human Capital Management
and
SAP ECC Financials
in one system XYZ in the same client), it is sufficient if you create one entry to which you assign all the relevant system aliases.
Proceed as follows:
Create a portal system for each system by using the context menu for the
Systems
folder (choose
New
→
System from Template).
Use an SAP system with load balancing as a template.
Enter the name of the physical system (such as XYZ000) as the description and ID.
Make your company-specific settings to the fields under the following property categories:
Connector
Internet Transaction Server (ITS)
The correct ITS path is:/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
Web Application Server (WAS)
Assign the specified system alias.
