Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single FunctionalLocation entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single FunctionalLocation

functionalLocation - Label that uniquely identifies a funtional location.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 30
