Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single WorkPackage entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

workPackageID - Plan Item

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 50

workPackageName - Plan Item Description

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 60

servicePath - Service path to be used to fetch a single WorkPackage

projectID - Identifies a customer or internal project.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 40
