Data collection

  • Predefined forms are provided so you can gather financial data for each of your companies and your entire group or corporation. These forms gather financial data on, for example, financial assets, current assets, financial liabilities, provisions, and equity.

  • A grid display shows the existing data uploaded from SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA. You can also manually enter new data.

Form designer

  • In addition to predefined forms, you can create new forms, change existing forms, or delete forms.

  • You can also define how you want the forms to display.

Data mapping

  • You can define mappings between source dimensions from an external system and the target dimensions available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
