) to display the payroll results for one or several personnel numbers.
You can change HR master data in the display or maintenance mode. Choose .
By selecting
, you can also include loan wage types in the display. In this way report H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT replaces the report RPCLSTLO (

The system displays the selected personnel numbers on the left side of the screen, and the information about the personnel numbers on the right side:

Content of the tables and structures of any payroll cluster.
Alongside these display options, the report has the following functionalities:
You can preselect payroll tables that you want to display.
You can check inconsistencies that occur when reading the infotypes and the CU cluster for a personnel number
You can include archived payroll results in the display.
You can use the report in the following steps:
Displaying personnel numbers
In the
Personnel number
field in the
Selection
group box, enter the personnel numbers you want to display the payroll results for, and choose
Transfer.
By making an entry in the
All results from
field, you can also specify the
Valid from date
for the payroll results that are to be displayed
.
The system then displays all payroll results whose
for-period start date or
in-period end date lies within the specified time period.
The standard setting for displaying the selected personnel numbers is the formatted name from the
Organizational Assignment
infotype (0001). If you want to display the sortable names from the
Personal Data
infotype (0002), choose
First and Last Name.
The symbol in the
Results
column shows if there are results available in the selected period.
Results exist
No results exist
You have no authorization to display results
You can delete personnel numbers from the list of displayed personnel numbers by selecting the required personnel number and choosing
Delete
or
Delete All
.
If the current personnel number is no longer selected (for example because you selected a column), you can renew the selection by choosing
Update Result
.
Overview of all the payroll results for a personnel number (cluster CU)
The system displays the selected personnel numbers on the left side of the screen. If you want to display the existing payroll results for one of the personnel numbers, select this personnel number. The system displays the existing payroll results on the right side of the screen.
You can set up and save a personal standard layout for the overview of the payroll results. The results are then always displayed in this layout when you start the report. There is also a default layout for the relevant country-specific fields for every country. This is displayed if you do not save a personal standard layout.
Overview of Tables for a Payroll Result
You have displayed the payroll results for a personnel number. If you want to display the tables for a payroll result, select this payroll result and choose
Display Overview
. The system displays the overview of all tables of the payroll result that are relevant to the country of the employee, and the number of entries per table.
You can also display tables that do not contain any entries for the selected payroll result. Choose
Display Empty Tables
.
You can select one or more lines of the overview and save this selection until you leave the program. To do this choose
Save Selection
. If you have already saved a certain selection of the tables for a payroll result, you can display the selected tables directly by choosing
Display Content
in the overview of the payroll results. The system only displays the overview of the tables for this payroll result when you choose
Display Overview
.
Table content of a payroll result
You have displayed the overview of tables of a certain payroll result for a personnel number. Select one of the displayed tables and choose
Display Content
. You can also select several tables by holding down the CTRL or SHIFT key and clicking the selected lines.
You access the screen
Tables/field strings of payroll result
and see the contents of the selected tables for the relevant payroll result. You now have the option of:
Printing the table by choosing .
Saving the table by choosing .
Searching for certain character chains in the table by choosing .
