Accounting Documents Were Not Created If the system has not created the appropriate accounting documents after posting the posting documents to the
Accounting
components, this can be due to various errors.
First of all, check the status and history of the posting run in the posting run overview. In this way, you can determine whether you really have performed all the steps required for posting to Accounting.
Note
The posting run must have the status
Documents posted
or (in distributed systems) the status
Documents transferred
. If the posting run has a different status, it has not yet been posted.
If you use ALE technology and the posting run has the status
Documents transferred
, check the status of the IDocs created in the HR System and sent to the AC System by using the IDoc list. If the IDocs were processed correctly, check the status of the update in the AC System.
If you do not use ALE technology and the run has the status
Documents posted
, check the status of the update.
