Interaction Center WebClient for Healthcare
Use
You can use the Interaction Center WebClient (IC WebClient) to communicate with potential patients or existing patients over various channels, such as the telephone, E-mail, and fax.
Prerequisites

You have synchronized patient data between SAP CRM and SAP ERP.

You have logged on to the IC WebClient using the Patient Management IC Agent (CRM_ISH) business role.
With this business role, the following new assignment blocks are available:

Patients

Movements

Patient Appointments

You have defined the system and client used for the transaction launcher, by means of which you create appointments for patients and view case histories of patients.
To do this, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose . Note that you must enter ERP_ISH as the mapped logical system in the Mapping field. You fill in the other fields according to your actual needs. For more information, see Defining Transaction Launcher Logical Systems and URLs.

Patient Identification
You can identify accounts for patients and provisional patients, including those replicated from SAP ERP.
Patient Overview
You can view account data for patients and provisional patients, including data for those replicated from SAP ERP.
Creation of Provisional Patients and Patients
In the Patients assignment block, you can enter institutions to create provisional patients or patients. The system displays the provisional patient number or patient number in the Patient ID field.
Creation of Appointments
In the Patient Appointments assignment block, you can create patient appointments in the CRM system, see Patient Appointments.
You can also create appointments In the Patients assignment block by choosing the Appointments link to access the IS-H: Visit Scheduling (NR16) transaction in SAP ERP. This feature uses the transaction launcher function in the IC WebClient.
Case Overview
In the Patients assignment block, you can choose the Cases link to access the Case Overview (NP10) transaction in SAP ERP, where you can view the case histories of a patient.
This feature uses the transaction launcher function in the IC WebClient.
Movement Overview
In the Movements assignment block, you can view the following movement data and appointment data for an account:
