Replication of User Names

Use

You can use this function to activate the replication of user names when you replicate business partner data.

In the standard system, the replication of user names is not activated during business partner replication.

Integration

The replication of user names is part of the BusinessPartnerReplication integration scenario via SAP NetWeaver Process Integration.

Both the message interfaces BusinessPartnerSendRequestOut (outbound) and BusinessPartnerSendRequestIn (inbound) are used for this function.

Prerequisites

You have carried out the activity Activate Function Modules in Customizing for SAP Business Partner for Financial Services under Start of the navigation pathSettings for Financial Services Next navigation step Interfaces/Data Exchange Next navigation step Data ReplicationEnd of the navigation path and have activated the following function modules:

  • ABA_FSBP_MAP_DDC2PRXY_XUBNAME

    This function module has to be processed at the event XIOUT (business partner: mapping DDIC to proxy) in the sender system.

  • ABA_FSBP_MAP_PRXY2DDC_XUBNAME

    This function module has to be processed at the event XIIN (business partner: mapping proxy to DDIC) in the receiver system.

You can activate or deactivate only the defined function modules in this Customizing activity. If you want to add further entries, call transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU.

Example

You want to replicate data from one system to another so that you have to edit user names in one system only. To do this, the user names have to be identical in both systems.
