Business Rule Framework plus for Social Services
Use
The Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus) plays a central role in Social Services as a rule tool for automatically processing and evaluating business transactions. You can use the BRFplus to define your own automated processes for your Social Services requirements.
You can use the BRFplus in the following Social Services functions:

Organization of social applications, social service plans and social deduction plans in Case Management (see Case Assignment)

Generation of items in social applications or social service plans (see Item Proposal)

Assignment of social service plans to social applications using social service plan assignment profiles.

Use of BRFplus in Web requests to check entries.

Processing of decision basis data such as the initial load, consistency check and verification.
If you want to use this function, you must activate the business function Social Services - Benefit Calculation (CRM_IPS_4S_1) and the business function Social Services - Benefit Calculation and Payment (ERP_IPS_4S_1).
Prerequisites
If you want to use BRFplus in the functions described above, in the respective Customizing settings, choose BRFplus as the rule strategy.
If you want to use DSM, in the Customizing activity in which you selected BRFplus as the rule strategy, select the Use DSM checkbox field.
