Processing Scenarios of Year End Adjustment

  • Year End Adjustment with Monthly Payroll

    Note Note

    The December monthly payroll must be the last payroll of the year and Year End Adjustment is done only in the December monthly payroll.

  • Year End Adjustment with Shoyo Payroll

    Note Note

    The Shoyo payroll in December must be the last payroll of the year and Year End Adjustment is done only in the Shoyo payroll in December.

  • Year End Adjustment with Non-Periodical Shoyo Payroll

    The non-periodical Shoyo payroll in December must be the last payroll of the year and Year End Adjustment is done only in the non-periodical Shoyo payroll in December.

  • Provisional Year End Adjustment

    Note Note

    The December monthly payroll must be the last payroll of the year and a Shoyo payroll must be paid after November and before the December monthly payroll.
