Life Insurance and Spouse Tax Deduction FormYou have to collect information about employees' life insurance premium payments and spouse tax deduction to prepare for Year End Adjustment (YEA).
The SAP System provides a function to create Life Insurance and Spouse Tax Deduction Form. You can distribute these forms to employees so that they can confirm if the information is correct.
In the SAP system, there are two reports to output the form:

Before Year 2001, maximum three life insurance entries are allowed legally for one employee. The model form provided by

, which is reflected by the sample form

in the system.

Since Year 2001, maximum

entries are permissible as to the new model form
MC-12-1
; while in the system, the sample form applied by the report is

.
You are opt to use one program based on the actual business scenario within your company.
Afterwards, you must maintain the employee’s master data in Y. E. A. Information (Infotype 0146) if there are any mismatch of information.

On the selection screen, you can flag check-box

frame to specify if existing address information is to be checked or not.
If you flag this check-box, an employee whose address information is not maintained will be rejected and listed in the error log.
The list output is in the order of employee's personal number.
