Check History of YEA Results (RPCLSTRJ)
You run the report RPCLSTRJ to perform a detailed check of the Year-End-Adjustment (YEA) results for selected employees. When you run the report, it reads records in cluster RJ.
Features
YEA calculation results migrate from cluster YJ to cluster RJ, which enables you to manage YEA history data. However, the YEA calculation results from the off-cycle reasons Estimation of Payroll December for Provisional YEA (0010) and December Bonus with Provisional YEA (0011) are still stored in the cluster YJ.
The database to store YEA results is changed from the cluster YJ to RJ in which the system does not overwrite the original YEA results. Therefore, when you recalculate the YEA results, the newly calculated results is stored in RJ with the result category A and the original results still exist with the result category P or O.

The Current Indicator O is used when a result has been replaced by at least two retroactive accounting runs; P is used when a payroll result has been replaced by a new record during a retroactive accounting run. A is used for a payroll result generated by the last payroll run, that is, the result is current.
When the category of off-cycle reason for in-period is 12, it means the payroll result is from the YEA recalculation.
In summary, the first two entries of the table are the original payroll results, which might come from regular payroll or shoyo payroll. The third and fourth entries of the table are the original YEA results, which are calculated by retroactive accounting. And the last three entries of the table are the newly calculated YEA results; the system carries forward the results to the next payroll period.
Activities
On SAP Easy Access, choose
Human Resources -> Payroll-> Japan->Off-cycle-> Year-End Adjustment->Tools->Payroll Results-> Monthly Pay (RJ)
Enter the employee you want to check the history results of YEA calculation, choose Enter.
The payroll results then appear.
