  • Interaction Record Category (InteractionRecordCategory)

  • Interaction Record Reason (InteractionRecordReason)

Effects on System Administration

Optionally, you can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) definition for Multichannel Foundation for Utilities OData Services Implementation (ISU_UMC_ODATA for the SAP S/4HANA standalone scenario) to implement your own business logic for communicating with your utility company.
