Course Offering Catalog

You can create and maintain a course offering catalog for your institution. A new user interface is provided to create and maintain various open admission and restricted admission course offerings.

Admission Procedures

You can maintain admission procedures for both admission restricted and open admission course offerings, using a web user interface.

Study Packages and Ranking Lists

You can create and maintain study packages and ranking lists for the restricted admission course offerings. Study packages group applications for course offerings that must be processed together. You can determine the permitted number of admission offers at the study package level. Ranking lists are created based on various quotas applied to course offerings. You can perform various functions on ranking lists such as sorting applications, allocating admission places and approving allocations to produce admission offers for applicants.

Application Admission Decision Management

You can create and manage decisions for admission applications and execute various processes such as verifying transcripts, documents, verifying decisions, removing decisions, providing partial admissions, and rejecting decisions. You can also perform various customer-defined post processing activities for any process executed regarding a decision. For example, you can generated customized letters offering admission to applicants.

Initial Registration Processes

You can create and manage decisions for initial registration and execute various processes such as verifying, approving and rejecting applications.

Reregistration Processes

You can create and manage decisions for the reregistration of students and execute various processes such as verifying, approving and rejecting applications.

De-registration Processes
