Creating Questionnaires

This procedure describes how you create a general questionnaire and assign catalog entries to it.

Creating Questionnaires
  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu , choose Start of the navigation path Work Areas Next navigation step Edit Work Areas. End of the navigation path

    The Edit Work Area: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Start of the navigation path ChooseEnvironment Next navigation step Questionnaire Next navigation step Edit questionnaire. End of the navigation path

    The editing screen for questionnaires appears ( Change "Questionnaire" View ).

  3. Choose .

    The system creates a questionnaire and assigns a questionnaire number. You can change this number. The questionnaire is given the status New - not saved .

  4. Save your entries.

    The system queries whether you want to assign the questionnaire to subject areas. Assign the questionnaire to any subject areas you think are relevant. See also Creating Subject Areas .

  5. Enter a validity period for the questionnaire.

Assigning Catalog Entries
  1. Choose Catalog entry to assign questions, texts, and headers to the questionnaire.

  2. When you have completely finished editing the questionnaire, choose to set it to Active and save.

    Caution Caution

    Once you have activated the questionnaire, you cannot make any changes other than adding catalog entries.

To work using the accessibility mode, set the SAP configuration on your computer as follows:

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Start Next navigation step Control Panel Next navigation step SAP Configuration. End of the navigation path

  2. On the Design Selection tab page, deselect the Use New Visual Design indicator.

  3. Set the Use Accessibility Mode indicator.
