Creating Question Catalogs and Catalog Groups

  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Start of the navigation path Work Areas Next navigation step Edit Work Areas. End of the navigation path

    This takes you to the Edit Work Area: Initial Screen .

  2. Start of the navigation path        2.      ChooseEnvironment Next navigation step Questionnaire Next navigation step Edit Question Catalog. End of the navigation path

    The editing screen for question catalogsappears ( Overview: Change Question Catalogs ).

  3. Choose C atalog/Catalog Group .

    The Change View “Question Catalog”: Overview screen appears.

Creating Question Catalogs

  1. Choose New entries and create the required question catalog.

  2. Assign catalog groups to the question catalog.

    This step is necessary so that you can create catalog entries for the question catalog. Catalog entries are always assigned to a catalog group.

Creating Catalog Groups

  1. Select the question catalog for which you need to create the catalog group and choose Catalog group.

  2. Choose New entries and create the required catalog group.
