Hazardous Substance Inventory With this function you can create a hazardous substance inventory in accordance with legal requirements for hazardous substances that are used or stored in work areas. The inventory also provides information on material stocks and goods movements.
"Hazardous substances" are defined in this context as:
Agents to which a materialis assigned
Agents that are materials (agent type HAZ_MAT)
You must have carried out the following activities so that the system can create the hazardous substance inventory:

You must have assigned the agents in risk assessment to the work areas for which you want to create a hazardous substance inventory.
If statements on R phrases, S phrases, hazard symbols, and the water pollution class are to be made, you must have stored the relevant information in
specification management
.
If statements on warehouse stocks, goods issues, and goods receipts are to be made, you must have linked the storage locations to the respective work areas using the data integration function. You must then have transferred the storage location amounts to the work areas using the amount determination function.
In the initial screen, you can make selections according to the following criteria:
Work area
Hazardous substance (that is, agent)
Validity
Details on work areas, integration objects, and the next risk assessment
