Get Calendar ID

Procedure

Some function modules only call general calendar data. It can be called without restriction. Others get data for specified holiday or factory calendars. To call these function modules, you need the calendar ID. To find it:

  1. Call the calendar maintenance transaction in one of the following two ways:

    • Choose Global Start of the navigation pathSettings Next navigation step Maintain Calendar Next navigation step ExecuteEnd of the navigation path, in the IMG

    • Call the transaction SCAL.

  2. Select "Holiday Calendar" or "Factory Calendar".

  3. Choose Display.

    You get a list of all holiday and factory calendars in the system, with descriptive text and ID.

  4. Select a calendar.

    Call the function Display Def., to get the die definitions of the selected calendar.

    Call the function Display Calendar, for a calendar overview. In a factory calendar overview screen, you can select a year, and display a calendar page in it, with the function Display Year.
