Copying Actual Dates from Confirmations to WBS Elements

Use

You can copy actual dates from activity confirmations to the superior WBS elements and use these dates as provisional actual start and finish dates .

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics/Accounting Next navigation step Project System Next navigation step Dates Next navigation step Change WBS dates. End of the navigation path

  2. Enter a project definition or a WBS element.

  3. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Reconcile dates Next navigation step Determine actual dates End of the navigation path .

Result

The provisional actual start or finish dates are copied to the corresponding fields in the table area.
