Help Center for Web Dynpro ABAP Applications

Use

You can use the Help Center for different types of SAP application. This section describes the Help Center features particular to Web Dynpro ABAP applications, shown in the figure below.

Using the Help Center for Web Dynpro ABAP Applications

(1) Activating the Help Center

In Web Dynpro ABAP applications you activate the Help Center using an application parameter. The Help Center is activated for all applications as standard.

(2) Launching the Help Center

In Web Dynpro ABAP applications, the menu item for launching the Help Center is provided as standard. Users call the Help Center on the application interface by choosing Start of the navigation path Help Next navigation step Help Center End of the navigation path .

(3) Displaying the Help Center

In the default setting, the Help Center opens in a separate browser window. You have the option of displaying the Help Center in the side panel of the Web Dynpro ABAP application. If there is not enough space, the default setting automatically applies.
