Providing Links to Web Pages in the Help Center
Use
If you have the necessary authorization, you can make application-related information available to users in the Help Center of any SAP application by using links to Web pages.
Prerequisites
You are in the Help Center of an SAP application or in the central administration of Help Center content.

Entering Links to a Web Page

In the Worth Knowing or Learning Content section of the Help Center, or in the corresponding worklist of central administration, choose .

In Address, enter the Internet address of the Web page preceded by the network protocol.

In Link Text, enter the text that end users will see in the Help Center.

Define the application assignment of the question as follows:

In the default setting, the link to the question is assigned to the Help Center of the current application. If you want the link to be displayed in the Help Center of all applications (for all clients), change the assignment.
Central administration of Help Center content
Assign the question to at least one application. Enter the following data for each entry:

Type: Application type - transaction or Web Dynpro ABAP

Application: Transaction code or technical name of Web Dynpro application

Save your entries.
Changing or Deleting Links to a Web Page
If you want to change the link, choose Change Link from the context menu for the link or for the link selected in the worklist in central administration, and proceed as follows:

Select a Web page.

Enter a link text.
-
Define whether the change is to apply for this application only or for all applications.
If you want to delete the link, choose Delete Link from the context menu for the link or for the link selected in the worklist in central administration, and confirm your selection.
