Providing Frequently Asked Questions in the Help Center
Use
If you have the necessary authorization, you can provide users with answers to frequently asked questions in the Help Center of any SAP application.
Procedure
Entering Frequently Asked Questions

In the Help Center section Frequently Asked Questions or in the corresponding worklist in central administration, choose .

Enter the question and the corresponding answer.

Define the application assignment of the question as follows:

Help Center
In the default setting, the link to the question is assigned to the Help Center of the current application. If you want the link to be displayed in the Help Center of all applications (for all clients), change the assignment.
Central administration of Help Center content
Assign the question to at least one application. Enter the following data for each entry:

Type: Application type - transaction or Web Dynpro ABAP

Application: Transaction code or technical name of Web Dynpro application

Save your entries.
Changing or Deleting Frequently Asked Questions
If you want to change the question, choose Change Question from the context menu for the question or for the question selected in the worklist in central administration, and proceed as follows:

Select a question.

Enter a link text.

Define whether the change is to apply for this application only or for all applications.
If you want to delete the question, choose Delete Question from the context menu for the question or for the question selected in the worklist in central administration, and confirm your selection.
