Translating Help Center Texts

Prerequisites

You have authorization to translate Help Center texts.

Context

If the Help Center is used in more than one language in your company, you can translate the following texts:

  • Questions and answers

  • Link texts

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathTranslate Help Center TextsEnd of the navigation path in the SAP system, or call transaction SHC_TRANSLATION.
  2. Select the category. The category corresponds to the Help Center section whose texts you want to translate.
  3. Select the source and target language.
  4. Check the search criteria and, if necessary, restrict the search.
  5. Choose Find.
  6. For each entry in the list, enter the target language version in the Details section.
  7. Save.
