Executing Work Items with Web Forms

Prerequisites

The workflow system has created a work item that represents the Web form task. This work item is displayed in the Business Workplace of its recipients.

Procedure

To process this work item in the Web Workplace:

Open a Web browser.
Call the ITS service BWSP ( Web Workplace).

You can then process the work item from your Web Workplace.

Note

The Web Workplace contains the same work items as the Business Workplace in the SAP System. In other words, you could also execute the work item in the SAP System.

However, processing then does not take place with the Web form but with the Web transaction that was generated from the web form task.
