G Suite Calendar Configuration
SAP Fieldglass users with the administrator role and G Suite administrator role can enable the G Suite Calendar integration in SAP Fieldglass and upload a required private key JSON file to G Suite.
Step 1: Company Configuration
In the SAP Fieldglass Company Configuration, you must enable the calendar integration for G Suite to allow your calendar to automatically update with SAP Fieldglass interview and meeting information.

On the company's Details page, choose Edit Configuration.

Choose the Calendar Integration option, and then choose the G Suite option.

Choose Save.
Step 2: Company Admin Configuration
In the Company Admin Configuration, you complete the integration by enabling the integration in G Suite and then upload the required private key JSON file to G Suite.

On the company's Admin Configuration page, in the Company Structure section, choose Company Details.

At the top of the page, choose the Integrate with G Suite button.

The Enable Calendar Integration dialog box displays.

To upload the required private key JSON file that you downloaded from the G Suite Service Account tab, choose Attach.

Select the file (if necessary, change the file extension from .json to .txt), and then choose Attach.
Step 3: My Preferences Setup
You must add your G Suite email address to your SAP Fieldglass user preferences to use the G Suite calendar functionality.

On your SAP Fieldglass home page, choose the Admin icon on the upper-right side of the page, and then choose My Preferences.

In the Interview/Meeting section, choose Edit.

In the G Suite 365 Email Address field, enter your G Suite email address.

Choose Update.
Your calendar is now integrated with G Suite.
