You use this function to view a list of articles scheduled for procurement. The Perishables Procurement work center provides you with access to this function for each supplying site in the area of responsibility for a perishables buyer.

This function gives you access to the following real-time information:

  • The article name and ID

  • The article quantity currently on-hand in the warehouse

  • The article quantity expected to arrive in the warehouse

  • The article quantity in demand, either by a direct sales order or by a stock transport between two sites within the same corporation

  • The article quantity that is either in short or in surplus, expressed as follows:

    (On Stock Quantity + Open Orders Quantity) – Recipient Orders Quantity

  • Purchase orders created for an article on the same day

  • The total recipient order status, expressed as a percentage

In addition, this function allows you to add articles on the fly and immediately procure them.
