Creating a Program Without Variant

Use

You can include programs in the task list template even without a variant (specified values for the parameters).

The program can then be started and processed online in the task list of the Closing Cockpit application.

Procedure

You start from the dialog box Closing Cockpit: Display/Create/Change Tasks (see Creating Tasks ).

  1. To store a program in the task list template within a task folder for periodic processing, choose Program .

  2. Enter the program that you want to make available, changing the program description if required. If you do not link the program to a variant with the corresponding parameters for background processing, the task is made available in the same way as an online transaction.

  3. Save your entries .
